Chronically Grateful Day 6: What is the Best Piece of Advice You’ve Gotten

Day 6 of #ChronicallyGrateful 👍🏼 I’ve received countless pieces of advice and words of wisdom from doctors, family, friends and strangers who only saw a tiny piece of my journey. I can’t say I have a favorite piece of advice yet, but here’s a few to save in your noggin:
🔹be patient and know that there is a reason for all of this. You may not find out today, tomorrow or the next day, but one day it will be clear 🙏🏼
🔹you are stronger than you think, and you’ll find that out when you are truly pushed to your limits 💪🏼

🔹it’s ok to let out a much needed cry sometimes. It’s not beneficial to yourself to hold it in and sometimes you need to do it to calm yourself down😌

🔹Most people will never understand what you’re going through or how you feel. But there are people who will try their damnedest to, and those are the ones you wanna keep around. ❤️

🔹having a chronic illness or some kind of chronic disorder will cause you to think negatively more often then you’d like, so push out all other negativity in your life. You don’t need it. You need people to bring positivity and light into your world when you can’t see out of the dark. ✨
